福島安齋果樹園「100度FES！」のオリジナルスイーツ開発に協力しました

11月27日に開催された「安斎果樹園スイーツ誕生祭 100 度 FES！～温度+糖度+感度～」で、オリジナルスイーツの開発に協力しました。
100 度 FES！は、福島県福島市の飯坂温泉街ほど近くにある安齋果樹園が主催した、フルーツと音楽を掛け合わせた新しいイベントです。イベント名にある「100度」は、飯坂温泉街の湯口の温度が約 45 度から 65 度という全国屈指の熱さであり、糖度約15度という桃をはじめとした安斎果樹園のスイーツの糖度や参加者の熱量を掛け合わせて100度以上に盛り上がろう、という思いが込められています。
Javasparrowでは、イベントで提供されるオリジナルスイーツのレシピチームに参画。現地に何度も足を運びながら、５カ月間をかけてスイーツの企画や材料調達、調理などを行いました。
